wtf is wrong with people who give an official phone number,
but is NEVER at the desk?
send them email and they reply with what is essentially "not my
problem" when it is patently their division's
responsibility....
try to give them face and not escalate because the &*$# will
die horribly and they don't seem to give a shit?
and when i want to slam the person, the effing boss doesn't have
the guts to do it?
so what the hell am i supposed to do? take the blame for being
late when it's held up by this asswipe?
